Moving Box Rental service

We launched in the Barrie area in March 2021 and had a busy summer with inventory utilization reaching 95% during the busy season. We have a working relationship with one of the region’s largest moving companies and have had great response from our residential customers. Our customers use the boxes to move and store their belongings as well as organize during renovations. We deliver them to our customers–they pack and move. You don’t need to lift heavy, loaded boxes! The business is simple and can be run from a garage or basement. The trailer can be towed behind a mini-van or small SUV. You can elect to park the trailer in your driveway for basically zero overhead.

This business is still in it’s first year of operation but has shown promising sales despite almost no advertising. It is not a franchise (even though the branding is professional enough that it gets mistaken for one). That means NO ROYALTY or licensing fees for the new owner and complete autonomy from day one to guide business as you see fit. Full disclosure of sales on request.

We are currently serving Simcoe County with this business as we wanted to test the market and keep it manageable. There is no local competition. As the business systems get refined then expanding to other markets would be a logical progression. People love the branding and the personalized service we offer.
